環氧地坪漆采用一次性涂覆工藝，不管有多大的面積，都不存在連接縫，而且表面光滑平整、附著力強，耐摩抗壓，裝飾性效果非常好。但是有的客戶做完無錫環氧地坪漆之后卻是表面比較粗糙，非常影響美觀性，這是什么原因造成的？在施工過程中又該如何預防呢？導致環氧地坪漆表面粗糙的因素：

But some customers finish the epoxy floor paint, but the surface is rough, very affecting the aesthetics, what is the reason for this? How to prevent in the construction process? The factors leading to rough surface of epoxy floor paint are as follows:

1、環氧地坪漆材料使用前沒有進行過濾，含有雜質，這些雜質在環氧地坪漆施工時粘在涂膜表面，最后就會造成環氧地坪漆表面粗糙。

1. The epoxy floor paint material is not filtered before use and contains impurities. These impurities stick to the surface of the film during the construction of the epoxy floor paint, which will eventually result in the rough surface of the epoxy floor paint.

2、環氧地坪漆施工之前沒有將地面打磨平整、雜物清除干凈，也會造成環氧環氧地坪漆施工后表面粗糙。

3、環氧環氧地坪漆中涂砂漿層和膩子層施工后沒有進行打磨處理，也會造成環氧地坪漆表面粗糙。

4、環氧地坪漆施工現場灰塵比較多，特別是在面漆施工過程中沒有進行現場封閉，導致灰塵落在還處于流平階段的漆膜上，最終導致灰塵黏附于地坪漆涂膜上而使涂膜出現粗糙現象。

5、一次配料過多。環氧地坪漆是雙組份材料，以當涂料混入固化劑后，涂料就開始起化學作用，環氧地坪漆涂料黏度就慢慢升高，到特定時間后就開始膠化，直接最后固化成膜。當涂料開始膠化仍繼續施工時，地坪漆涂膜就可能出現粗糙了。

5. Too many ingredients at one time. Epoxy floor paint is a two-component material. When the paint is mixed with curing agent, the paint begins to play a chemical role. The viscosity of the epoxy floor paint increases slowly. After a certain time, it begins to gel and solidifies directly into film. When the coating begins to gelatinize and continues to be applied, the film of floor paint may be rough.

6、施工現場溫度太高，稀釋劑揮發太快，環氧地坪漆施工后沒有流平的時間就已經開始固化，也會導致環氧地坪漆表面粗糙。

6. The temperature of the construction site is too high, the diluent volatilizes too fast, and the epoxy floor paint solidifies without leveling time after construction, which will also lead to the rough surface of the epoxy floor paint.

 預防環氧地坪漆施工后表面粗糙的方法：

1、環氧地坪漆材料使用前一定要過濾雜質，避免雜質混入涂料中。

2、一定要嚴格按照環氧地坪漆施工工藝進行施工，將地面處理好。
