1、對外表清洗度需求高。水性環氧地坪涂料對施工的地上清洗度 需求高，因為水的外表張力大，污物易使涂膜發生縮孔。

2、不適合低溫施工。由所以水性涂料，低溫會影響涂料的功用。 而油性環氧地坪涂料只要在 5℃以上就可施工。

3、對立強機械作用力的渙散穩定性差。
